After enrolling for any online training at JLI, students receive access to the online campus tutoring center (OCTC) which are discussion forums that link students to the faculty and peers. OCTC is specific to each lesson and helps the student to engage with peers in addition to receiving guidance from the faculty.

Ongoing Mentoring

The 'Student Success Team' (SST) at JLI is always prepared to help you in any way throughout and after your education with us. Team members will be introduced to you soon after your program has started.

The Success Team can help you with a variety of issues, such as:

  • Recommendation about the best suited program of study (before application)
  • All types of academic questions and clarifications about the study process
  • Queries related to placement assistance
  • All concerns of financial nature
  • Questions, related to books and software applications
  • Other academic questions unrelated to JLI

It is highly advisable that you make use of the advice of our Student Success Team, which is composed of professionals working in the industry.

Online Tutoring

Our students are always provided with a mentor. The mentor is essentially a member of the SST, who mentors students in topics related to professional development. They are an invaluable resource for all students.

If you need any kind of assistance, you should not fret to contact your mentor or the SST coordinator.

During the program or upon completion, some students are provided with tutoring opportunities. A tutoring experience is a valuable addition to the resume of a student and we acknowledge this. This is mainly an opportunity for our experienced students with some work experience to provide lectures or conduct online classes for junior students and get separately certified for this activity. In order to receive this opportunity, you need to show good understanding of your area of study and some prior work experience.

Online Campus Tutoring Center (OCTC)

Once you have enrolled in any training program at the JLI, you will be provided with access to the OCTC, which will connect you with students, mentors and faculty. The OCTC is available for every topic and helps students learn from peers as well, in addition to the faculty via active online discussions.
